EspañaThe pre-insertion installation is to put the prepared mechanical anchors into the holes, and then connect the fixed objects. For installation, fix the fixed object on the mechanical anchor. After installing the mechanical anchor, please use the pre-installation method to be mostly flush with the surface of the substrate. Its general stages are:
1. Mark the installation holes of anchored objects on the anchored foundation;
2. Determine the drilling depth and drilling diameter according to the specification requirements and mechanical anchor model, and use a conventional percussion drill to drill the hole.
3. Use a hand pump or pneumatic pump to clean the hole, and clean the inside of the hole;
4. Tighten each component of the mechanical anchor before installation to ensure that the component is not loose, and then insert it into the hole;
5. Tighten the fixing nut with a torque wrench.
6. Loosen the nut on the mechanical anchor bolt, install the connector to be tightened, and then tighten the nut with a torque wrench.
Note: Torque must be applied according to the specifications and styles of the self-cutting mechanical anchor bolts installed, after which the installation is complete.
