EspañaRemoving structural rivets is as easy as removing standard blind rivets. Remove structural rivets:
1. Make a starting hole in the center of the rivet
2. Obtain a drill with the same diameter as the hole originally drilled
3. Add some lubricant to the drill
4. If the rivet is rotating, please cover it with tape to prevent it from rotating
5. Use a drill to drill through the rivet until it passes through the hole completely
